Homika provides an online platform that connects property seekers with landlords, property owners and other property service providers. You may use the platform only for genuine property-related purposes.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activities carried out through your account.
You should notify Homika if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Property information on Homika may be provided or updated by landlords, property owners or other users. Details such as rent, availability, location, photographs, amenities and descriptions may change.
You should confirm important property details directly with the person offering the property before making any payment or commitment.
When contacting a property owner or landlord, you agree to provide genuine information and communicate respectfully.
Do not use contact information obtained through Homika for spam, harassment, scams or unrelated commercial activities.
Where possible, arrange property viewings before committing to rent a property. Confirm the property location, condition, ownership or management arrangements and applicable charges.
Do not send money solely because a property appears on Homika.
Any rent, deposit, viewing fee, service charge or other property-related payment is made between the relevant parties unless Homika clearly states otherwise.
Before making a payment, verify the recipient, amount, purpose of the payment and property details.
Be cautious of users requesting urgent payments, unusual payment methods, personal banking information or money before allowing you to verify a property.
If you suspect fraudulent activity, report it to Homika and, where appropriate, the relevant authorities.
You must not use Homika to impersonate another person, provide misleading information, harass other users, distribute harmful content, attempt unauthorized access or conduct unlawful activities.
Reviews and feedback should be based on genuine experiences. Do not submit false, abusive, defamatory or misleading reviews.
Homika may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Property photographs, descriptions, prices and other listing information may belong to the users who submit them. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially use such content without appropriate permission.
Homika may restrict or suspend an account where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, misleading information, unlawful activity or violation of these Terms.
Homika provides the platform for connecting property seekers with property providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Homika is not the landlord, property owner, tenant, agent or party to a rental agreement between users.
Users are responsible for verifying the information and agreements relevant to their transactions.
Use reasonable care when meeting people you have contacted through the platform. Consider meeting in safe locations, informing someone you trust about property viewings and verifying the identity of the person you are dealing with.
Homika may collect and process information necessary to provide its services, operate user accounts, facilitate communication and improve the platform.
Your use of the platform is also subject to Homika's Privacy Policy.
Homika may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will apply from the date they are published on the platform.
